For the contest 'Kunst und öffentlicher Raum 1992' Josef Danner proposed a temporary poster project for the new government quarter of St. Pölten / Lower Austria, which was under construction at the time. His winning project was realized from 1996 to 1999 in nine installations; the displays changed every four months.
